HISTORY OF CAVE AND TEMPLE
It is believed  that from the story of" Shree Shwastani Prameshwori Brata Katha" after Shatidevi (the beloved wife of lord Shiva) gave her life Mahadev  begains  to  travel the world carrying her dead body. Her body then begains to decomposed and  the places where the definite body part got decomposed formed a religious holy place,so as to here the chest of Shatidevi decomposed and lord krishna  came here and devoted  here. Lord being  pleased gave Lord Krishna the power to attract" Gopanis".And  thats why the temple is called as SHREE KRISHNA BAUDESHWOR BAN MAHADEV.
It is also believed that  Kunti and Pach pandevs have traveled here  as their footstep are marked in  stones.
 Thers are five Kundas .

STRUCTURE OF LAND AND CAVE
This  Cave/temple is naturally  formed by the combination of huge stones. There is a cave of around 25M long inside a huge stone in which the separate  temples of lord Ganesh and ShivaParbati  is established. There flows a beautiful waterfall of about 18feet  high .As it is a rockey mountain the earthquake of 2072-1-12 has not affected it.A two floored building has been built, the upper floor is for Saints and lower is fro keeping the instruments of Bhajhan Mandal.Likewise manmade bridges and some statue of Ox and "Tulashi Mooth" have been build recently.
